Looking at the hourglass,
Seeing time pass by.
Looking in the mirror,
Mirroring time’s lie.
That all will perish,
That we’re all moving on.
Through this life’s journey forward,
And the past we came from.
But though we may die,
Even only a thousand deaths.
Though it be moving forward,
Or sitting at our desks.
We all see the light, the one the dying see.
And we all die regardless of what we want to be.
