hasmukh amathalal - Over Her Death

2014-06-16 0

“I will take you with me “I held her hand
She was in tears as if I was going on alien land
“I won’t be alive dear son” she again broke down
I sat with her to console and then gone

After each vacation, she will be feeling aloofness
She will not reveal but may burst when see my face
I will also feel so much at the time of leaving place
She was so much kind and moving with sadness

“I do not feel lonely but as you are going away”
She will almost cry and I will slip away to make way
She will then breakdown but regain composure
I may be feeling so strong but how much, I was not sure

She used to say many times
“I am proud mother” she will smile
People are praising me for being your mother
I will gracefully touch her feet

Her last days were memorable
She breathed her last without any trouble
She was fully contended and happy
I cried but felt no sorry over her death
