After a long day,
Of sadness and pain.
It is only appropriate,
To end it with rain.
And after the cold rain,
It's important to smile,
And eat chocolate.
Despite the weight gain.
Up goes the rain.
Down goes the chocolate.
The rain puts you down,
But the chocolate picks me up.
And to combine the two?
What would that mean to you?
Disgusting calories?
And a nasty rainy day?
Your perspective alone,
Could make or break your day.
Sweet chocolate,
Bitter rain.
What does this mean to you?
Pleasure or pain?
To me it's all the same.
Innocent indulgence,
Impressive scenery.
The combination of the two,
Is heavenly to me.
