Southwest Oklahoma and New York City
bear small resemblance.
So I hear.

Night life is what you make of it.
I imagine folks aren't starved for entertainment
in the Big Apple.

Then again I don't suppose it's all that different.
We've got our restaurants if you get hungry
and bars if you wanna go dancin or find company.

So I hear.
What we got and what they don't is the wide open sky.
If you got someone to hold by your side

and the stars are out or even if they ain't
then I reckon what you're missin can't be of much account.
