Silence Dogood - Wilted rose

2014-06-15 0

I use to love you with all my heart.
But our pettles have drifted far apart.
I cried soo many tears until they stained my eyes.
As the petals had fallen and our roses died.

Mascara tears and lipstick stains.
Became my mark of love and pain.
The roses died just like our love.
My fall became a shove.

The roses turned black with death.
As my heart filled with regret.
I couldnt get rid of your face.
Forever in my heart engraved.

The roses are wilting and soon will be dead.
Turning black what was once red.
And with a shaking hand I'll right all of lifes woes.
I'll write about our love and its wilted rose.
