Cold, lonley nights,
When silence drifts by.
The truth that kills strangers,
With a sad, empty cry.
Eyes full of water,
A heart full of pain.
A life full of sadness,
That never stops the rain.
Words that are hopeless,
Breathless and sad.
A world full of evil,
Though good and bad.
Time takes its toll,
In the end we die.
The truth that kills strangers,
Kills with a cry.
