We still talk til this day
and sometimes see each other
whenever you find the time
knowing that I'm pregnant
and you deciding to up and leave
me all alone
to deal with the pain and loneliness that I feel
you say you care
and ask how I am
even though I sometimes lie
about how I truly feel
I ask if you would even
care to feel my belly
and feel the baby move
and you told me no
It's hard to tell how you truly feel
and if you only want one thing
you say you care
but then you want to push me away
