I wasn’t sure what happened next
But everything went black
I was falling and I didn’t know if I could ever get back up
Eventually I found a soft light and went to it
When I came too it was my blue eyed aunt
She told me I was in terrible danger
I had just had a seizure
And the doctors couldn’t figure out the cause of it
And my parents were outside talking to him now
Soft tears fell down her cheeks when she was done
I didn’t know I was crying till a tear fell on my lips
She kept giving me this look
And I knew she was dying to ask why
But I couldn’t give her an answer
All I could do was hang my head in shame
It took me weeks to perfect the look
Of someone who wasn’t dying on the inside
And it all crumbled when I took it too far
My parents came in and told me I needed to get some rest
But I knew as long as I was like this
I would never rest
