all that I am feeling.
Then, maybe, you could understand me.
If I could reach my arms toward you
unwrapping trapped emotion
Perhaps you'd learn to appreciate me.
If I were brave enough to tell you of my life
From childhood to present
You'd probably get to know me.
If I could give you
a glimpse of my pain
Your heart may swell with compassion
If I could spend time
walking you through my journey
You may find character within me.
And perhaps if you made me
apart of your life.
You might even learn to love me.
As I have found I love you.
