Marilyn Lott - Dancing with the Trees

2014-06-14 3

When you’re out in the country
So fine and fresh
A country girl can do
What she likes the best

With the wind blowing softly
Through her long soft hair
And there isn’t anyone
With whom to share

Except for Mother Nature
Who is always there
You can dance with the trees
Yes, dance if you dare

With their long strong arms
To wrap around so tight
Doesn’t matter if it’s morning
Or the middle of the night

So give it a try, my dear friend
One sparkling starry night
Out by the lake in the park
And the moon shining bright

There is nothing quite like it
In the soft summer breeze
Mother Nature will smile
As you’re dancing with the trees!
