There is nothing quite like a sunrise
To start a new day out right
The colors are so amazing
And are such a welcome sight
They give us reason to pause
To get our thoughts together
And show us that today
We will have the perfect weather
It’s the fresh new start, you see
Of a day laid out just for you
And you have the choice, my friend
To do the best that you can do
It will be a day like no other
A day when there is a possibility
Something great will come about
Just for you and yes for me
So take this day, dear friend
And cherish every minute
Starting with a sunrise
And all the beauty that is in it!
