A glint of green
In her Iris -
Reminders of Springtime, in May -
When the White Daisy's bloomed-
And we spent time round'-
San Francisco Bay.
The blue waters, they enticed us -
Dipping our bare feet, from the dock -
Lapping up the crescents, of waves -
Passing time, with Salt-Water talk.
The Yellow Blanched Sun grew for us -
Bigger and warmer each day -
Oh, the things, we do remember -
When older-age, has turned, later life, into gray!
