If tomorrow should be the day that I died
I want you to know that my life was just fine
So there’s no need to worry, no need to cry
Because I will always be waiting right by your side
If tomorrow should be the day that I died
I want you to know, I don’t know the reason why
My day has been chosen to enter God’s kingdom
Where I’ll have family and friends waiting and I don’t have to run
If tomorrow should be the day that I died
I want you to know that you will always be mine
I’ll bring you to heaven, day in and day out
And I’ll share all my stories, I’ll put them in rhyme
If tomorrow should be the day that I died
I want you to know that life has not turned bad
I know I had a future, I know I may be young
But to be perfectly honest, I’m happy with the life that I had
I know you may be thinking, that I may be kind of crazy
To think about what happens when I finally see the light
But I want you to be prepared, I want to do this right
If tomorrow should be the day that I died
