Separated by circumstance and space
Joined together by hopeful dreams
Gentleness connects with an embrace
Thoughts are united as openness beams
The words of the poet are a masterful art
Never cloaked in pretense masking content…
The thoughts expressed touch many hearts
The miracle of caring is sincerely sent
Standing in a cosmos larger than one can
Conceive…grounded and linked to actuality
The mind receives concepts in a grand plan
Common is the wish for love to be a reality
The world becomes a more understood place
When a poet unveils and extends a hand
Sending forth warmth from a universal face
Bringing with it an awareness that expands
