Some tend to think of love
As affection expressed with emotions and touch
But, love is so much…more
Love is sacrifice so that others will have
It is letting go and it is trust
It is strong not weak
Yet, it is mild and meek
Love is sharing and providing comfort
It is light beaming through the darkness
It is a shoulder to lean on
It is listening and hearing the cries of the heart
Love is speaking the truth
Yes, with love, there are many facets
