Chancing to touch;
Again, to love you -
Soul to soul - as in lives past.
The mere look, accompanied as it was by your charming smile,
Was not enough for me,
Had I not seen in it
The annunciation of your essence.
Seeing your body, body of woman,
Hearing your soft breath and words of affection,
Tasting your kisses and the contours of your body,
Touching your hair, your creases, your mounds,
Perceiving your light fragrance.
This multitude of sensations and thoughts
Immortalized your presence,
Leaving me with poignant remembrance -
Angel wings across all distance and time:
Our primal Destiny, together,
Before all creation.
