Your whispers
Soft, quiet, strange
They haunt me in the night
Like an arrow in the wind
They are alive
They gather ‘round about me
‘til I heed them
As my heart leaps with symphony
Of hope and faith
Your breath
Soft, quiet, strange
Chasing chances, tossing coins
Like an arrow in the wind
They pray and plead
They rally ‘round about me
And I have faith in them
Though they seemed faithless, sometimes
I believe as my heart leaps
With a joyful melody
They are alive! They are alive!
Look inside my friend, you are still alive!
Sigh and breathe!
See and believe!
