So that I amy know me. I shall allow myself to feel beautiful. So that I may feel free. I shall allow myself to be loveable. So that the loving heart I seek for me. I shall allow myself to feel pain so that I may gently heal. I shall find myself so that I m ay fill my purpose. I will look to the heart of a rose or the eyes of a newborn baby.
