Standing lonely at the bay
With a silently sad frown
The sky turned grey
And the wind died down
May be you were right
I didn't know how to react
I guess I lost my sight
What a harsh impact
I woke up in the morning
You were not by my side
The silence was storming
Tears began to slide
You are all I ever wanted
Not one thing more
Your picture in my heart I painted
You were the one I'd die for
Now that you're gone
I've nothing else to say
Wherever you may run
For my solitude you will pay
I'll forget all the past
I'll move on
My grief won't forever last
I'll face the sun
I will find another girl to love
And to her I shall fly
God will send her from above
And we'll never say goodbye
You left me and ran far
For my pain you can take the glory
But you know that each scar
Tells a sad story...
Time will heal the pain
And you I'll forget
I'll dance in the rain
And will have nothing to regret...
