Hannah Davies - The Storm Has Arrived

2014-06-14 3

Raindrops like my tears keep falling
In the puddles like my dreams are drowning.
The wind like my breath is rapid and fierce
The storm has arrived with all of my fears.

The lightening like my life is flashing before my eyes
The thunder like my heart cracks, rolls then dies.
The temperature like my concentration starts to decrease
The storm has arrived and my tensions increase.

Everything like my demons find shelter to hide
The tree that's been struck like me shall fall with no pride.
Then there is calm like the blinking o fmy eye
The storm has arrived and will soon pass me by!
