Audrey Heller - When It Rains

2014-06-13 1

I dislike the rainy season, it's not
my favorite, you can bet. Even with
an umbrella, chances are, you'll
still get wet. It's never just a drizzle,
the rain, comes pouring down.
Followed by claps of thunder, which
makes that frightening sound. Worst
of all is lightening. I've always been
afraid. Whenever I see lightening
strike, I run, to pull down the shade.
Days like this, tend to make me blue.
I'd much rather have a pleasant, day
with the sunshine, peeking through.
How different it is, when there's no
more rain in sight. All seems to be
rosy once more and the days ahead,
are looking bright!
