I’d like to think that
I would do anything for you
I consider myself
A good person
I’d like to think
That I’m good to you
I try to give you
Everything you desire
I give you my arms
When you need to cry
I give you my heart
Though I know it’s on the line
I give you may back bone to stand up
For what you know is right
Btu you don’t seem to be satisfied.
You always want more
And there’s not much more
Of me to give you
I want to keep my body for now
But I’ll keep my dignity forever
And every once in a while
Maybe something that shows
That I’m important to you too.
Something for just me and you
Like just sitting together
In the bitter cold
Just so we aren’t alone.
But you cant seem to do that
What about me?
When am I going to be important to you?
