This is a true story t'ween my wife and myself. It don't rhyme, but that's no crime. Yuk, Yuk, Yuk!
My wife leaned over toward's me in bed while both of us were consumed in our nightly ritual of bed time reading and said-
-'My hair is too long and always flightey in the wind, should i cut it? '
I, in turn looked at her and replied-'No, just diet.'
She looked back at me with a bewildered expression on her face and said back at me-'Why should i color my hair? '
I then replied back to her question-'Well, you did say it was getting to be quite heavy these days, and i just simply assumed that your hair needed to go on a diet, or to be put loosely-to be cut, or shortened.'
I then returned back to reading, leaving her in quite a stunned frame of mind.
