I've been zapped....
Drained of all energy
and vigour.
She's a figure
of magnetic force.
Drags that source
of life
out of me.
I'm a deflated balloon,
a crescent moon,
an empty spoon.
Even the fire has lost its heat.
It's beat.
She took that, too
in just three hours.
Thankfully
I was able to give my grand-daughter back....
