the surf had united us not long ago as she now divides us
i am aching to be with you still, and it's slowly driving me insane
i hear your voice, i see you move in my mind, it doesn't stop the pain
we won't see each other 'til forever, only you can say never
wherever it is you may find yourself
whatever it is that you may do
i will be waiting, balming the wounds of
my lonely days with the memory of you
whatever it takes, until you fade within
i will be waiting here in our own special place
where we lived our days as if there was no end
never twice thinking one day would bring goodbye
but our time together met its end somehow
the empty room we shared is empty again
i wonder how i'd survive the days to come
how this romance would grow in your absence
but if in the end of forever is you
feeling the same way as today we still do
longing to relive those happy days again
i will be waiting for you alone.....alone.....
