Nothing has changes, only the people who ran the country are different, otherwise the ideas and believes are still around today.
Its either we choose to ignore it or forget about it, we only forget because we have been bought, now the shoe is on the other foot.
Affirmative action stands strong with its new shoe, but the price is nice. We choose to ignore the past because the pain is still there and our people have not left. We have been forgotten by our so called comrades in our past struggles.
His to busy staring out of his Sandton view, but it’s okay because we came from humble beginnings with the real and true understanding of family.
We know what the truth is and we know the other truth, the only difference is our truth will not destroy the country and our fellow comrades.
What is the price of a mans soul today? Ask the men from the apartheid era because they are the ones who are charging.
They still have control yet we don’t see it. Our Oreo comrades have forgotten what they fought for, have they lost their strength or ideals? Who is left from humble beginnings?
Now the struggle begins! Who do we trust? We actually fought to give people the right to commit crimes and get away knowing that his brother is in control. ”I can get away now, I’m running the country now” and I don’t know how to do it, but I fought for it.
I know I come from humble beginnings. I know my roots, they are deep in the heart of Africa, those are my roots of my humble beginnings, but your land rover can never take you there.
Well done my comrade, at night I will sit at the orange fires with my karoo brothers and we shall talk about the stars and the next big hunt, but these are our humble beginnings and not yours anymore.
