Truth Be Told
vexed and torn was i
when the news got me
WHY? ? ? ...
All i could muster
puzzled was i than the jigsaw
stuttering as a fiddling finger
an answer i sought
comprehension eluding me beyond measure
And now, still i am....
Busy, you must have been
but Time you had in spare
surely you must have known,
your voice was all i needed to hear.
