Dexsta Ray - Tears Of The Dying

2014-06-11 6

A heavy feeling in the air
See I couldn't prepare
What was I meant to witness there?
Shrouded in dark
Disinclined
Heads down as they marched
Working for a stalemate can taste particularly tart
Keep the faith
See fatalities galore
Death stepped in a home and then politely locked the door
Dropping bodies on the floor
Emaciation is a typical thing
Here the circumstances couldn't be explained
I see a walking skeleton
Placing grains and praying for change
Only to pass away the following day
Leaving families behind
The little children couldn't handle her dying
Nobody's there to console the lonely cries
A shadowy hue
They'd never ask because they already knew
If I could I would just give them all my food
I'm in a gloomy mood
So much selfishness
Help out the poor!
The things we take for granted
Some can use for sure
