Our review of the 2012 reboot of Spider-Man, directed by Marc Webb...hmmm...was that why he got the job? Or was it because of all the mush-mouthed "realistic" dialogue our Love Interests have? If you watched Raimi's Spider-Man and thought, "What if this were all shot through the blue filter TV crime dramas use?" then you've found your Spider-Man film. Everybody else? Skip.
