Apple definitely was speaking to developers at this year's WWDC keynote, with an all software, no hardware list of announcements. They previewed new features for the next version of OS X (to be called Yosemite), as well as some big changes coming to iOS, and even a new language called Swift, designed for writing apps for iOS.
