The National Weather Service is saying it thought its machine were broken when a giant cloud popped up, but officials soon realized the cloud was alive. Recently hatched grasshoppers all took to the air at once causing a plague-like cloud. Patrick Jones (@Patrick_E_Jones) says it's time to stay inside.
