The competition aims to promote social innovation using Information and Communication Technologies to aid development.
Last year's winners were an entrepreneur in digital books in Cameroun, a project aiming to facilitate access to job opportunities in Ivory-Coast and a Tunisian company offering a service that monitors and optimises energy consomption.
