Philippines boosts patrol of disputed islands

Disputes in the South China Sea have seen anti-China sentiments rising among neighbouring countries. Both the Philippines and Vietnam have agreed to jointly oppose China for setting up an oil rig in the contested area. The Philippines has now stepped up patrol in the disputed islands, but maritime authorities said it is not easy to patrol such a vast sea given their limited capabilities. Al Jazeera's Jamela Alindogan reports from Palawan in the western Philippines.
