Unfortunately for Macaulay Culkin and his fellow band members, their talent seemingly wasn’t appreciated at a recent music festival. While the crew was up on stage at Rock City in Nottingham for the Dot to Dot music festival, the crowd suddenly turned on the band.
Despite being in his 30s, Macaulay Culkin is one of those names most people hear and automatically associate it with the mischievous, lovable child in ‘Home Alone’. Nowadays Culkin is focusing less on film and more on his band called ‘The Pizza Underground’.
Unfortunately for Culkin and his fellow band members, their talent seemingly wasn’t appreciated at a recent music festival. While the crew was up on stage at Rock City in Nottingham for the Dot to Dot music festival, the crowd suddenly turned on the band.
‘The Pizza Underground’ was able to get through one song before things took a turn for the worse. Right after that tune wrapped up, the audience began booing and some of the unhappy people started throwing pints of beer at Culkin and his group.
The band specializes in morphing popular hit songs into lyrically changed tunes to celebrate pizza.
‘The Pizza Underground’ played one more song after the bad reaction but the beer projectiles continued to make their way on stage. Culkin was hit along with a fellow band member and at that point the band decided to call it a night and walk off stage.
