A neighbor of Elliot Rodger, the young man who police suspect committed Friday's shooting rampage, described on Sunday (May 25) his reaction to the killing spree.
"I got concerned because, you know, when people say they want to kill someone I just figure like that's anger but when they start talking about killing people and then killing themself, when they have no consideration for their own well being that's when you really start worrying this guy is willing to do anything. When they don't even want to stay alive themselves, like it wasn't even about revenge it was literally just taking complete control over everybody's life and his own life," the neighbor who wished not to be identified said.
Rodger, 22, is the primary suspect in the attack that killed seven people, including himself.
