Working the core is kind of bittersweet, I know. We love it but we hate it! I had some requests to do a few things that were challenging and would help tighten the tummy, so today I have a little bit of pilates-inspired ab work for you. Today, we'll build heat throughout the midsection to fire up the core, but don't worry, it's for a good cause! You'll be rewarded at the end with some restorative twists and a sweet, slow transition back to the real world.
