A woman going by the name "Griselda Rodriguez" runs a Spanish radio ad in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In it, she asks locals for their hard-earned cash so she can "bless" it. After collecting $26,000, she "blesses" it all the way to bank. An out-of-state bank. Assumedly. (She stole it.)
