ICC says Gaddafi must be tried in The Hague

The International Criminal Court in The Hague has rejected Libya’s bid to prosecute Saif al-Islam Gaddafi on home turf.

The son of former Libyan leader General Muammar Gaddafi, is wanted by the ICC for crimes against humanity for his alleged role in the suppression of the country’s 2011 uprising.
