A rocket attack in the Libyan capital killed at least two people.

"Yesterday at midnight we heard explosions, so we rushed outside to see what was happening. We found out that our shops were burnt out, and we evacuated two wounded people."
Locals say the rocket landed in a southwestern district of Tripoli killing two African migrant workers and wounding two others.
The blast ended two days of calm after a weekend attack on parliament.
