Being a billionaire has some downsides. Take when love turns south as a prime example.

Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev, who counts soccer club AS Monaco FC as among his many holdings, is losing a good chunk of his massive pile of change.

Dmitry and his ex-wife, Elena recently went through court proceedings for their divorce.

Dmitry has been ordered to pay roughly $4.5 billion to his ex. In addition to that, she’s also getting approximately $146 million worth of property that the couple owned in Switzerland.

The proceedings have been going on since 2008. At that point in time, Dmitry’s net worth, according to Forbes, was estimated to be a little under $13 billion.

Elena originally listed $6 billion as the amount she wanted. Since the divorce battle first started, Dmitry’s worth has gone down quite a bit, totaling $8.8 billion, meaning Elena walked away with a little over half of that.

She also received custody of the couple’s younger daughter and for that Elena will get over $125,000 a month as child support.
