Without art, you do not have culture. Without culture you have no pride. Without pride, you have no effort. Without effort, you have no commerce. Without commerce, you have no city.
Mississauga has ignored the arts and culture for far too long and I for one am tired of it.
It is time to get involved with the arts and culture of city, and even invent some culture of our own.
