Veteran diver Stacy Frank has been diving for 40 years, but has never encountered a spotted eagle ray. She and her brother, an underwater photographer, have talked about a possible encounter for years. This month, at Hepp’s Pipeline in Grand Cayman, it finally happened. Alhough her brother was not present, Frank was thrilled to get so close to the magnificent animal.
