Prior to her arrival, she was in complete denial of her problems. After her stay at Sovereign Health, everything was alleviated. She found the place to be magical and the staff very understanding, always there with you, even after you leave. The house managers made her feel very safe. During her treatment, even small little things were handled as though they were important. Her fear vanished when she acknowledged that she is not alone. Being in such a supportive environment allowed her feelings, which she carried her entire life, disappeared. She was initially uncomfortable to share her story, but her therapist's support and patience led her to express herself better. She liked the trauma group, which gave her understanding and acceptance, and the stress management group. The coping skills she learned are helping her to settle in the real world. She appraises her therapist's honesty and kind behavior. Her advice for others is "Don't leave and don't give up".
