This is a video review of the Stamina Eliptical Trainer. I've reviewed the rower by the same company, and is still in operation today although not by me. There aren't any special tools you'll need to assemble this, because all of the tools are provided. make sure you tighten every thing down with the tools provided as well. This is the perfect eliptical/cycling machine for any one that is surfing the web or playing PC games. The machine does not move, and if your machine is wobbly, you most likely didn't use the tools provided, and didn't assemble it correctly. Assembly takes 15 minutes, but some it may take 5. I use it every day when I'm on my computer. I can't comment on using it as a stand up device. Sorry! If you're looking for a way to get your heart rate elevated while you're at a desk, look no further.
