Justin Bieber Accused of Attempted Robbery for Allegedly Trying to Steal Cell Phone

Justin Bieber has been accused of trying to take a girl's cell phone after she allegedly recorded him in a fight with another man. The woman went to the LAPD to report the attempted robbery Monday night and police have yet to question the pop star.
