A 29-year-old man crashed a truck through the glass doors of a Maryland television news station building and barricaded himself inside before being arrested hours later, according to Reuters.

The man banged on the doors of WMAR in Towson, Maryland, at about 1145am local time and demanded to be let inside. Moments later, he crashed a commercial vehicle into the lobby.

The television station's news staff evacuated the building. Responding police approached the truck but didn't find the driver inside.

Tactical police secured the area. The suspect was later found in a second-floor room watching live coverage of the news incident. He was holding a golf club at the time of his arrest.
