Ekta Kapoor is once again in the midst of a court case and this time around, it is for the latest production, titled Kuku Mathur Ki Jhand Ho Gayi. Yes! You might have already freaked out to this wacky Jhand title but here's now a Bhopal resident, NL Mathur who has gone way ahead of you and filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) against the title of Kuku Mathur Ki Jhand Ho Gayi! Yes! Stating that the title hurts the sentiments of the Kayastha community that belongs to the Mathurs, this appellant argues that the inclusion of Jhand for the Mathurs is offensive and this relation must be legally removed! But well, in spite of the PIL that has already been filed against the Ekta Kapoor's Kuku team, the makers fail to accept it as any offense on their part! Whoa...So what do you think of this story?
