The widow of a driver whose vehicle crashed killing both her husband and actor Paul Walker is suing carmaker Porsche, alleging negligence and wrongful death.

Her lawyers claim that a suspension failure in the Porsche Carrera GT led to her late husband losing control of the vehicle and not as the authorities said excessive speed.

Walker’s death at the age of 40 led to a temporary halt in production of “Fast & Furious 7”, the successful film series about illegal street racing that helped make his career.
