Twice this afternoon police have had to disperse large crowds of intoxicated people on Fetterman Avenue during the 2013 Block Party. The first time police used an armored vehicle called the BearCat and was able to clear some partiers out with smoke and tear gas canisters as shown in this first video from BloomUtoday. The second time around police in riot gear and the BearCat were able to clear the area and several arrests were made. More video and updates will be posted this weekend.
