Railway minister Mallikarjun Kharge condemns twin bomb blasts at Chennai Central railway station

Railway Minister Mallikarjun Kharge strongly condemned the twin bomb blasts on Guwahati Express at Chennai Central railway station and expressed her grief at the death of one young woman and several who were injured.
